Privacy Policy
Effective 6 October 2026
This policy covers Black Hole Playground on Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Android, provided by MEDET TLEUGABYLULY LIMITED.
The app
Black Hole Playground runs its visualizations on your device. It does not require an account and does not send your screenshots, Playground configurations, or camera interactions to us. It contains no advertising or third-party tracking service.
Screenshots and Playground files
Screenshots and JSON configurations are processed on your device. On Mac, a system save dialog lets you choose where to save a screenshot or exported configuration. Imported configurations are read from files you select in the system file picker.
On iPhone and iPad, screenshots are saved in local app storage before opening the system share sheet. Configuration export offers Save to Files or the system share sheet; import uses the system document picker.
On Android, screenshots are stored in the app’s local storage before opening the system share chooser. JSON import and export use Android’s system document picker; you can also share an exported JSON file. Your selected recipient receives access to the shared file. Temporary JSON copies may remain in the app cache.
You choose whether to save or share exported files through your device’s system controls. If you use a cloud storage provider or another app to save or share a file, that service handles it under its own privacy policy. Local app data and diagnostic logs may also be stored on your device.
Support
If you email us, we receive your email address and any information or attachments you choose to provide. We use those messages to respond to your request and investigate the issue. We do not sell support information or use it for advertising. You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing us, subject to any legal obligation to retain it.
App store services
App Store and Google Play downloads, and diagnostics handled by your device’s operating system, are separate from the app. These services are covered by Apple’s privacy policy, Google’s privacy policy, and your system settings.
